The software is to written under OS7, OS8, OS9 formats for cellular phones. When the target monitored cellular phone ( herein after called "Spyphone" ) is installed the software, likely to a spy to be put inside the cellular phone, the spyphone will notify the pre-defined intercepting phone ( herein after called "Interceptphone" ) by sending SMS ( text ) notifications at following occasions:

• The Target Spyphone is turned on.

• The Target Spyphone sent out a SMS.

• The Target Spyphone received a SMS.

• The Target Spyphone made an outgoing call

• The Target Spyphone received an incoming call.  

If the person who wants to monitor the Spyphone, he ( or she ) simply need to make a call to the Spyphone.

• If the Spyphone is on line, he ( she ) will hear the 2 way conversation.

• If the Spyphone is off line, he ( she ) will hear the environment sound.

The user of Spyphone will not find that he ( she ) is or was monitored, since there is no any logging remained at the phone.
