DTMF is the
abbreviation of Dual-Tone-Multi-Frequency ( also known as
touch-tone ). They are the combination audible sounds you
hear when you press keys on your telephone phone, cellular
phone and the Tone Dialer . It is widely used in
communication products such as telephone sets, cellular
phone sets, walkie tailkie, so that it is ofter used in
remote control purpose.
The DTMF Decoder
( Tone Decoder ) can read the DTMF signals and decode them
at the LCD display. The user can read out signals as
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, or A, B, C, D.
The device is
oftenly used to decode the dialing tone number which is
recorded at the tape of telephone recorder.
